<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device for motorcycle easy to be operated for lock and capable of effectively preventing the burglar. SOLUTION: A lock device for motorcycle is formed by fitting a lock device 8 capable of locking in the condition that a main stand 7 is stood to a lower part of a unit swing engine 4, arranging a housing box 2 having an opening at an upper part thereof over the engine 4, turning a seat 1 for closing the opening upward around a support point positioned at an upper part of the front end of the housing box 2 so as to open the opening, forming a fitting part 20 in front of the front side upper edge of the opening, and providing the fitting part 20 with a lock lever 9 connected to the lock device 8 through a wire freely to be moved between the lock position and the unlock position at a position close to the front part lower surface of the seat 1 in the closing condition, and providing a key for locking the seat 1 in rear of the rear side upper edge of the opening.</p> |
