PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic sample injection device which increases a cleaning effect when a needle is cleaned in a cleaning port. SOLUTION: The sample injection device is constituted in such a way that a wiping member 11 which is used to wipe the surface of the needle 3 is built in the cleaning port 1 and that the needle 3 pierces through the member immersed in a cleaing liquid when the needle 3 is inserted into the cleaning port 1. The wiping member 11 is held by having a margin so as to be moved right and left by a groove 12 which is formed on the inner circumference of the sidewall of the port. Even when the needle 3 is inserted so as to be deviated from the center, the position of the needle 3 is adjusted in such a way that the needle 3 pierces through a hole 13 precisely by the action of a funnel-shaped guide part 14. By this constitution, when the needle 3 pierces through the wiping member 11, the contamination on the surface of the needle 3 is wiped, the cleaning effect is increased, and the problem of a cross-contamination caused by the cleaning insufficiency of the needle 3 is eliminated. |
