PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for connecting the head of a foundation pile with a footing, simplifying execution work, reducing the cost of execution, and enhancing the rigidity and durability of the pile head. SOLUTION: A cage 3 is inserted into a foundation steel pipe pile 1 placed on the surface of the ground GL. A steel pipe footing form 2 is positioned to overlap the outer periphery of the head 1a of the foundation steel pipe pile 1. Main reinforcements 6 and 7 for an underground beam are arranged respectively in the upper and lower portions of the footing form 2 with a predetermined gap H between the reinforcements, with each lower main reinforcement 7 passed through the form 2. Main reinforcements 9 for a column are arranged within the form 2 in such a manner as to be lap jointed with the pile top reinforcements 5 of the cage 3, and concrete 10 is placed to construct the footing 11.
