PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic giving desirable saturation and luminosity. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by including a multilayer film-coated powder. Preferably the multilayer film-coated powder possesses plural layers of coated films different in the refractive index on the substrate particle 1 and is at least put in a specific color by means of the photointerference action of the coated films. Especially, at least one layer of the coated films is constituted as the crystallized fine-grain constituent film 2 of a crystallized fine-grain aggregate having a void between the crystallized fine-grain 3 and the layer of the coated films and the multilayer film-coated powder causing light scattering reflection between the crystallized fine-grain surface and the void can be used.
