PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a propylenic polymer excellent in low-temperature heat sealing property, hot tack property, blocking resistance, and the like, and suitably employed for a large-size molding or a high-speed molding when applied in particular to a stretched film. SOLUTION: The propylenic polymer (a) satisfies equations: (1)ΔT>=3.0 and (2)ΔT>=-0.25×Tp+23 in a temperature-programmed fractionation chromatography, where Tp( deg.C) is a main elution peak temperature, T40( deg.C) is a temperature at which the cumulative weight of the eluted component reaches 40 wt.%, T60( deg.C) is a temperature at which the cumulative weight of the eluted component reaches 60 wt.%, andΔT is T60-T40, and (b) has an intrinsic viscosity [η] of 0.5-3.5 dl/g measured at 135 deg.C in decalin.
