PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid such miss-determination that even in the case where a tire having high vehicle-speed-dependency is mounted on a part, the pneumatic pressure of the tire is abnormal. SOLUTION: A variable value (dynamic load radial deviationβ) for pneumatic pressure determination for the tire is calculated from the number of pulses PFL, PFR, PRL, PRR integrated every wheel of wheels 11-14 when the specified condition is satisfied, the calculated variable value is memorized as a reference variable value, and the vehicle speed when the reference variable value is calculated is memorized as a reference vehicle speed relating to the reference variable value. When the variable value is newly calculated, the vehicle speed at a point of time is determined whether it is within the specified vehicle speed or not based on the reference vehicle speed, and when it is determined as existing within the specified vehicle speed, the pneumatic pressure of the tire is determined whether it is normal or not on the basis of the difference between the newly calculated variable value and the reference variable value relating to the reference vehicle speed.
