PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in using a hose for respective connecting parts in connecting an intercooler to a throttle body and a turbo charger, which increases the working manhours such as a fastening work for a clip, requires a space for the connecting works, and is difficult for miniaturizing a power plant including an engine. SOLUTION: This fitting structure for the intercooler 2 for communicating and fitting the intercooler 2 having an outlet side connecting part 22 and an inlet side connecting part 23, with an intake system and a supercharger is provided with a first connection part formed by connecting the outlet side connecting part 22 to an air inlet port of an intake system and a second connecting part formed by connecting the inlet side connecting part 23 to the air outlet port connecting part of the supercharger. Either one of the first connecting part and the second connecting part has the connecting structure by fitting, and the other is connected via a hollow cylindrical member having flexibility in a tangent direction of a rotation locus of the connecting part of the intercooler 2 with the axis of the connecting direction of one connecting part set to the center.
