PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality and economical joining structure mounted on the joining part between an upper structure and a steel pipe pile used in a severely corrosive environment. SOLUTION: The pile head part of the steel pipe pile B, adjacent to the joining part between the pile B and the upper structure C, is joined through the medium of a highly corrosion-resistant joining steel pipe 4 to the upper structure C in the severely corrosive area of steel members used for port, river and offshore structures in a splash zone, an intertidal zone 2 and the like. Consequently, it is possible to obtain an anti-corrosive method uninfluenced by the execution error of the pile B and a joining method for facilitating the execution of the pile B and the upper structure C.
