PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor by easily recovering separate paper discharged from a labeler even if labels are labeled at a high speed. SOLUTION: A guide member 48 having a through part for separating papers is provided between a feeding mechanism 40 and a take-up boss 55 so that it can advance and retreat relative to the take-up boss, and a cutter mechanism 50 is disposed between the tip position of the retreated guide member and the take-up boss. The take-up boss is so structured that divided boss members 55a, 55b projecting from a bearing 60 are expansible in their diameter direction, and a divided gap W passing through in the diameter direction in an expanded condition of the diameter (W1) is formed, and a pusher which can press down a separating paper take-up body S1 rolled by the take-up boss is provided on the base side of the take-up boss with the divided boss members 55a, 55b kept in a shrunk condition of the diameter (W2). Thereby, the separate paper take-up body S1 of one package unit S2 is formed so as to push the separating paper take-up body S1 outward, and is made storable in a storing container 84.
