摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust bypass structure capable of preventing the stress concentration in the opening part of an inner pipe and preventing the durability and reliability from lowering. SOLUTION: The opening part 18 in a first scroll part 15 is slidably supported in contact with circumferential wall part 26 of a flange part 14 and a stainless steel mesh 28 stored in a retainer part 27 and a clearance is formed between the opening part 18 and the retainer part 27. The opening part 18 and a waist gate port 25 are communicated with each other to form a bypass channel 20 for an exhaust gas. When the opening part 18 is expanded by heat caused by the heat of the exhaust gas, the opening part 18 is slid to distribute the stress and to prevent the stress concentration in the opening part 18. The stress generated in the opening part 18 is transmitted to the stainless steel mesh 28 to be relieved. The clearance formed between the opening part 18 and the retainer part 27 prevents the heat-expanded opening part from interfering to the retainer part 27.
