PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily detachable underwear for autonomous support and care. SOLUTION: This underwear is composed of a waist part, a bored part to put one of the legs of a wearer thereinto, an inside leg part, and front and reverse side parts to cover one of the sides of the hip of the wearer. The front and reverse side parts are set with fasteners to detachably connect them with each other, and a second bored part to put the other leg of the wear thereinto is formed when the front and reverse side parts are connected with each other.
