<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce coupling capacitance between pixel electrodes and scanning signal lines. SOLUTION: A width D3 of an auxiliary capacity forming area 14a is made larger than a width D4 of an auxiliary capacity line 6 and the auxiliary capacity line 6 is arranged within the width of the auxiliary capacity forming area 14a. Then, it is possible to arrange the upper side of the pixel electrode 5 between the upper end of the auxiliary capacity line 6 and that of the auxiliary capacity forming area 14a. Moreover, it is possible to arrange the upper side of the auxiliary capacity forming area 14a between the upper side of the pixel electrode 5 and the lower end of the scanning signal line 2. As a result, a coupling capacity between the pixel electrode 5 and the scanning signal line 2 can be reduced by a shield effect of the auxiliary capacity forming area 14a lying in-between.</p> |
