PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a stud fixing an oil filter, when fastening fixed to an oil pump cover or the like, makes its tip part about the mounting side and the stud, when further fastened in the abutting state, makes the tip cut a material on the mounting side and the chip thereof are sometimes mixed in a lubrication oil passing the oil filter, and there is a possibility that a cylinder and a piston is damaged. SOLUTION: A male thread member comprises male thread parts 1 formed at the opposite ends of the outer peripheral surface of a round rod body; a crewing advance regulation part 4 formed between the male thread parts 1 and regulating screwing advance ahead of other part; and a through-hole 2 extending through the center in an axial direction of the round rod body.
