PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a metal body having a closed seal by a metal powder molding technology. SOLUTION: First and second components 31, 41 are injection molded out of a metal powder molding material. A first ultrasonic component is molded so as to have an ultrasonic energy director surface such as a rib (A) having, for example, a triangular cross section. The first and second components are ultrasonic-welded to form a stock assembly, the stock assembly is decomposed by a conventional metal powder injection molding technology, and sintered to form a metal body. The metal body is closely sealed along the ultrasonic- welded portion. This manufacturing method may be applied to the manufacture of the metal body requiring the closed seal such as a fluid nozzle and a pressure vessel. |
