PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping member capable of improving work executability of warm water piping in an execution site for laying the warm water piping through a wall. SOLUTION: A warm water floor heating system comprises a panel member 3A, and two pipes 5 provided in parallel at the member 3A. The system also comprises an upper joint 4 of a connector to the longitudinal warm water piping projected upward from the member 3A by bending one end of the pipes 5, and a connector of the other end of the pipes 5 to the horizontal warm water piping projected from a panel member 3 in a horizontal direction.
