PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving the biassing of a vehicle without being subject to the limitation of a tread pattern. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire has plural belt layers 7 installed on the outer circumferential side of a carcass layer 4 in a tread part 1, at least the outermost side belt layer 7B of the plural belt layers 7 is formed by winding in the tire circumferential direction strip materials S containing many reinforced cords f arranged aslant in the circumferential direction of the tire, and the reinforced cords f in the adjacent strip materials S1, S2 are inclined reversely each other in the circumferential direction of the tire.
