PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil guard panel for cooking having a side face panel of a slide structure of small number of components by preventing careless opening of the side face panel to a front surface panel. SOLUTION: The front surface panel 15 is formed of an integral structure of a flat plate 21 with a bent flat plate 22a and a folded flat plate 22b bent at both ends of the plate 21. The right side face panel 16 is formed at both ends with a rolled edge 33 and a rolled edge 34. A surface of a flat plate 31 of the panel 16 is disposed so as to be opposed to a surface of the plate 22a. In this state, a folding piece 25a and a folding piece 25b are formed at both ends of the plate 22a so as to externally cover the rolled edge 33 and the rolled edge 34. Thus, the panel 16 can slide to the plate 22a. Similarly, A left side face panel 51 is constituted, and hence the oil guard panel 14 for cooking is formed of the panel 15, the panel 31 and the panel 41 of three components.
