PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping facility to admit flow of a conductive fluid A in which a plurality of pipe members having different potential are installed in connection in such a way as insulated electrically and offer a technique to jumping current IJ flowing from the pipe member having higher potential to the conductive fluid even in the case the fluid A has a high temperature and high pressure whereby it is possible to suppress corrosion of the pipe mem ber having higher potential. SOLUTION: Between a plurality of pipe members 1 and 2 having different potential, a plurality of short pipes 3 in connection insulated electrically from one another and having a passive coating film 5 on the wall surface at least contacting with the fluid are installed in connection insulated electrically from the respective pipe members 1 and 2.
