PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position between adjacent units 2 and keep airtightness manner in a unit type curtain wall 1, and to simply construct the curtain wall at site. SOLUTION: A positioning reinforcing member 30 and a catch-pan partial member 31 are mounted on both upper ends of each unit 2. The catch-pan partial member 31 is mounted on an upper frame 9 simultaneously when the positioning reinforcing member 30 is mounted on an upper frame of the unit 2. The right and left units are butted against each other via the catch-pan partial member to constitute a catch-pan, and a flushing gasket 42 may be arranged in a longitudinal joint portion thereof.
