STORAGE CASE FOR DISK HOUSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve retrievability of a desired disk-formed recording medium and to efficiently store a disk housing. SOLUTION: The storage case for a disk housing comprises a case body 21 having a case storage section 24 where a plurality of disk cases 3 are housed while stacked in a thickness direction and an insertion/removal opening 25 for inserting/removing the disk case 3 from the case storage section 24. It also includes an arrangement switching mechanism 22 which switches between a first arrangement state wherein outer peripheries of the respective disk cases 3 housed in the case storage section 24 of the case body 21 are neatly arrayed and a second arrangement state wherein a part of the outer peripheries of principal surfaces of the respective disk cases 3 are made to protrude like stairs to be exposed outwardly from the opening 25 of the case 21.
