PURPOSE: A wireless electronic commercial transacting method using a character message service is provided to obtain an advertising effect by transmitting data related to a commodity using a character message service and providing data and advertisement related to a commodity from a seller to a buyer as a pushing method. CONSTITUTION: A character message is made based on information and an advertisement about a commodity provided from a seller and transmitted to a mobile telephone of a buyer as a pushing method(S1). The buyer checks commodity information and an advertisement transmitted through a display window of the mobile telephone(S2). The buyer decides a purchase and selects a wanted commodity(S3). The buying intention of the buyer is transmitted to the seller(S4). The buyer pays a commodity price to the seller through a bank or using a credit card etc.,(S5). The seller checks the depositing and transmits the commodity to the buyer(S6).
