<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating protector which is welded to a pole plate for electrolytic refining of zinc and is excellent in adhesiveness, water resistance and acid resistance by blending denatured polyolefin. SOLUTION: In the pole plate for electrolytic refining of zinc in which the insulating protector is welded onto an end edge of the pole plate made of aluminum, the insulating protector is a mixture of the denatured polyolefin formed by copolymerization of a polyolefin and an unsaturated carboxylic acid and the denatured polyolefin formed by copolymerization of the polyolefin and an unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative.</p> |
