PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-cleansing agent that can be stored for a long period of time and effectively cleanse the skins in no need of the preservatives, antioxidants, synthetic surfactants and other components that have the anxiety of having adverse effect on human bodies and skins and provide skin-cleansing supplies soaked with the agent. SOLUTION: The problems cited in the purpose have been solved by adding an alkali solution including potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide to the composition to adjust the pH to >=10. The skin-cleansing supplies are used by soaking the paper, nonwoven fabric or cloth for wiping the skin with this skin-cleansing agent.
