PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-propelled carrier easy to control a vehicle body and capable of making a small sharp turn. SOLUTION: The directions of three turning wheels 12 and 16 are concurrently changed by the steering wheel 8 of the carrier having a self-propelling drive motor 2, and the steering wheel 8 and the wheels 12 and 16 are connected via an interlocking mechanism 25 so that the turning center C of the vehicle body 1 is set on the straight line L extending in the width direction of the vehicle body 1 from nearly the center of the longitudinal length of the vehicle body 1.
