PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniform horizontal force in vibration loaded on a backstay. SOLUTION: In addition to a bumper post 24 and a vibration stop hook 14 for connecting a boiler body 1 to boiler steel frames 20, 20a, a balance beam 25, which is linked to backstays 6 forming a plurality of steps, is disposed between the hook 14 and the backstays 6. Thus the horizontal force in vibration is dispersed to the plurality of steps of the backstays 6.
