PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold removing agent composition produced by adding a specific chlorine-based catalyst to a chlorine-based mold removing agent containing an alkali metal hypochlorite, exhibiting excellent mold removing effect, especially high mold removing speed and suitable as an agent for removing mold of bathtub and kitchen and an agent for removing the mold and slime of a drain pipe, etc. SOLUTION: The mold removing agent composition contains (1) 0.1-10 wt.% alkali metal hypochlorite, (2) 0.1-5 wt.% alkali agent, (3) 0.1-5 wt.% surfactant and (4) a chlorine-based catalyst having a p-carbon atom and one or more nitrogen atoms wherein at least one nitrogen atom is tertiary nitrogen atom.
