摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably prevent and seal an air discharge hole (17) over a long period, by preventing invasion of a foreign matter in water into a heat storage tank (1) in the air discharge hole (17), when air is uniformly discharged in a heat storage tank (1) through a plurality of the air discharge holes (17), (17), etc., each consisting of small holes, of a header 16 during utilizing operation and transmission of heat around a heat transfer pipe (2) is promoted by agitating a molten frozen up substance in the heat storage tank (1), in an ice heat storing device formed that a heat transfer pipe (2) through which brine flows is immersed in water in a heat storage tank (1), and during thermal storage operation, a cold heat is transmitted to water from brine to produce a frozen up substance and meanwhile, during utilizing operation, the frozen up substance is melted and a cold heat is taken out. SOLUTION: Each of the air discharge holes (17) of the header (16) is opened to a position above a water level in the heat storage tank (1). Separate piping (22) is formed that air discharged through the air discharge holes (17) is guided in the heat storage tank (1) and discharged to the periphery of the heat transfer pipe (2). The separate piping is provided and the air discharge holes (17) are prevented from sinking in water during stoppage of discharge of air through the air discharge holes (17).
