The tool (fig. 1) for the manufacture of artificial grinders featuring replaceable disks (2) on a core (1), positioned into the assembly ring (5) solves the problem of excessive use of material for the manufacture of the tool in such a way that instead of replacing the complete core (1) only the replacement of the replaceable disk (2) and the inserted piece (4) is necessary. The replaceable disk (2) is inserted into a dedicated bed and attached to the core (1). There are several possibilities of attaching the replaceable ring (2) to the core (1); it can be screwed-on, printed with tight fitting, welded etc. The tool consists of a core (1) and a replaceable disk (2) features no disadvantages regarding simplicity and compactness compared to the tool made from one piece. Its main advantages are shortening the manufacturing time and decreasing the amount of material needed, as well as less required time during replacements and maintenance. The core (1) can from now on be made from material of poorer quality than the one used for the replaceable disk (2) and inserted piece (4).
|
