发明名称 METHOD FOR FABRICATING NON-RECIPROCAL CIRCUIT HAVING STABLE ELECTROMAGNETIC CHARACTERISTIC
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a non-reciprocal circuit having a stable electromagnetic characteristic is provided to stabilize an electrostatic characteristic by using a new terminal insulating method. CONSTITUTION: A non-reciprocal circuit such as an isolator or a circulator is formed with a ferroelectric material, an internal terminal portion having an internal terminal, a ceramic element having a passing hole and a contact resistance, and a lower case having an input/output terminal and a ground terminal. In a fabricating method, an insulating material(25) is printed on a copper plate in order to include a part corresponding to an internal terminal of an internal frame(21). The internal frame(21) is formed by punching and processing the copper plate printed with the insulating material(25). A garnet element(22) is installed on the punched and processed internal frame(21). The non-reciprocal circuit is formed by bending internal terminals of the internal frame(21) including the garnet element(22).
