PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granules for producing a flash melt-type oral formulation. SOLUTION: The granules to be formulated with one or more kinds of medicinal agents are composed of a combination of supplementary agents consisting of a superdisintegrant, a dispersing agent, a distributing agent and a binder, and may contain other conventional ingredients such as a sweetener and perfume. The granules are advantageous from viewpoints that they are stable and can be produced without the help of a solvent and also without the need of special environment or handling. A formulation, especially a tablet produced by a conventional equipment and made of the granules and medicinal agents disintegrates within about 25 s in the mouth. |
