PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sliding door units with a pocket for doors permitting to finish a flush interior wall surface from the periphery of the door frame to the region of the pocket of the door frame in a room. SOLUTION: A plurality of wall board supporting members 20 respectively arranged on the front and rear surfaces of the pocket region of the door frame 10 are attached to the door frame 10 in a contact-separation adjustable manner by using a position adjusting means comprising a nut fixed to a wall board support member attaching position of the door frame 10 and a position adjust bolt 21 inserted and screwed to the nut with the movement of the bolt in axial direction restricted at both the end portions of the wall board supporting member 20.
