PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve transportation and arrangement of a box culvert to a place which is tight in height and space surrounding the same, in such cases as where elevated lines extend over the construction site and where the construction site is surrounded by private plots. SOLUTION: A rail 2 is arranged along an installation schedule site, and a traveling truck 3 equipped with a chain block 35 for hoisting the box culvert 110 is mounted on the rail 2. Then, the box culvert 110 is hoisted by the traveling truck 3. Thereafter, the traveling truck 3 is moved to a predetermined location, and then the box culvert 110 is lifted down.
