PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment agent composition capable of effectively improving the dye affinity of dyed hair and hair-shampooing fastness. SOLUTION: This hair treatment agent composition comprises (A) a fluorescent whitening dye and (B) at least one compound selected from those of the respective general formulas (1) to (3) (in the formula (1), R1 is H, methyl or methoxy; R2 is a single bond, methylene group or ethylene group; R3 is H, methyl or ethyl; (a) is an integer of 0-2; in the formula (2), R4 is a 1-18C alkyl; and in the formula (3), R5 is H, methyl or ethyl).
