PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily peel off an adhesive-backed tape fitted or stuck to various members. SOLUTION: A casing 1 is mounted to a casing mounting cylinder 15 provided on the drawn tape side of a tape cutter device body 14 to be attached with an adhesive-backed tape 13. A non-adhesive part is provided by sticking a sticking member 5 assembled in the casing 1 to the adhesive-backed tape 13 face to face. The tape is cut into a required length by a cutter provided in the casing 1 and can be used for various members. It can be easily removed by holding the non-adhesive part by fingers.
