PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium supplying device for an image forming device capable of installing a cassette loaded with the laminated recording medium in an image forming device body from a direction crossing the feeding direction of the image forming device. SOLUTION: A cassette 50 is provided with stoppers 54 and 55 freely to appear and disappear at a front end thereof. The stoppers 54 and 55 are elastically energized by a spring so as to be projected from the top surface of the cassette 50. Bars 62 and 63 are projected from a side surface of the cassette 50, and the bars 62 and 63 are inserted along guide bodies 60 and 61 of an installation part 12a to install the cassette 50 in the installation part 12a of an image forming device main body 12. The stoppers 54 and 55 are moved downward from the top surface of the cassette 50, resisting the elastic force of the spring, and the recording medium can be taken out by a drawing roller.
