The cable entry cover plate (13) is fixed to the edge (14) of the cable entry hole (12) using fixing studs (16). A gasket (15) fits in a recess round the edge of the entry. The fixings are introduced through a slot (20,22) in the plate and rotated through a quarter turn between the release position and the locked position. A radial projection on the fixings engages under the edge of the hole.
