PURPOSE: A process for preparing a herbal medicine extract is provided by mixing various herbal medicines with honey and dipping the dried herbal medicines in ethyl alcohol for a specified time, thereby, the titled extract preserving its taste and flavor without destruction and loss of its ingredient and nutritive substance is produced. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 3% by weight of ginseng, Morindae radix, Angelicae gigantis radix and Cuscutae semen each, 2% by weight of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata and Rehmanniae radix each, 1.5% by weight of Achyranthis radix and Eucommia ulmoides each, 1% by weight of Thujae semen, Acori graminei rhizoma, Lycium chinese Mill, Lycii cortex radicis and Ganoderma lucidum Karst. each and 0.5% by weight of jujube and ginger each is mixed with the same weight of honey, dipped in ethyl alcohol 4 to 5 times by weight of the mixture and honey and aged for a specified time to produce the titled extract. |
