PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of an instant stripping concrete product, which enables production of an instant stripping feasible concrete product without causing deformation or corner defects of the product even when the stripping of a frame used is performed immediately after completion of filling in the frame with stiff-consistency concrete. SOLUTION: This production process comprises: charging stiff-consistency concrete into a form to subject the concrete to compaction with vibration or pressing compaction with vibration; and immediately thereafter, performing stripping of the frame, wherein calcium nitrite, calcium nitrate or a mixture of calcium nitrite and calcium nitrate is added to the stiff-consistency concrete in an amount sufficient to provide a 0.25-2.5% weight ratio to the weight of cement in the concrete, and further, at least one admixture selected from anionic surface-active admixtures and nonionic surface-active admixtures, is added to the resulting stiff-consistency concrete. |
