PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoanalyzer, using electrochemiluminescence, which enhances the capturing rate of an immune complex and which uses a flow-type introduction method with an enhanced treatment capability. SOLUTION: A luminescence detector 50 comprises a working electrode 52 and a counter electrode 54 at the inside. An antigen as a specimen and an electrochemical luminescent marker are bonded, by an immune response, to magnetic particles to which an antibody is bonded. The immune complex is formed. The immune complex is introduced onto the working electrode which is installed inside the luminescence detector 50, it is captured by a magnetic force formed by a magnet 56, a definite voltage is applied to the working electrode from a power supply 60, the electrochemiluminescence is generated, a luminescence amount at this time is measured, and the amount of the antigen as the sample is calculated. A control part 62 controls the power supply 60 in such a way that a positive voltage and a negative voltage are applied to the working electrode before a process in which the immune complex is captured onto the working electrode by the magnetic force. |
