PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle deceleration guiding system related to an electric toll charging(ETC) system for arousing the perception of the presence of an ETC gate, deceleration, and guidance to a driver by concurrently using an ETC mark, side edge marks, and deceleration marks on this side of the ETC gate. SOLUTION: An ETC mark 2 indicating the presence of the ETC gate, side edge marks 3 regulating the lane width, and a plurality of deceleration marks 4 provided at intervals in the direction crossing the vehicle advancing direction are concurrently used on this side of the ETC gate 1 to synergistically arouse the perception of the ETC gate, deceleration, and guidance to the driver, thereby preventing a rear-end collision between vehicles in a lane, contact with a facility, protrusion to the outside of the lane when riding over a projection, and a resulting contact accident. |
