PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture controller in a device for joining optical parts, capable of surface alignment with high precision in a short time. SOLUTION: An optical component holding mechanism 81 for holding an optical part 5B is supported in a freely rockable manner by a static pressure spherical bearing 79, and is also supported similarly, with an equilibrium state maintained, by a supporting member 93; therefore, in the case of joining optical parts 5A, 5B to each other, the face to be joined of the holding optical part 5B is brought into precise contact with that of the other optical part 5A, and then, the surface alignment is performed to decide the posture.
