PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially favorable method and equipment for suppressing contamination of solids with foreign matters (metal powder and dusts, etc.), in the case when solids are to be dried by using a tray drier of still-standing type. SOLUTION: In the tray dryer, a contact part between the internal wall of the drier and the tray is covered with a polyimide resin to solve the problem of the contamination.
