PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for navigation, capable of easily reflecting request of a driver in relation to guidance. SOLUTION: The figure A is a display example of a guide level 6, and an arrowmark display DA in the traveling direction, a road display DB, its own vehicle position display DC, building name display DD, signal display DE and road number display DF are respectively performed. The figure B is a display example of a guide level 2, and the arrowmark display DA in the traveling direction, the road display DB and its own vehicle position display DC are performed. The figure C is a voice example of a guide level 5, and voice guide HA of the traveling direction 'turn to the left at the next intersection', voice guide HB of the road number to which a vehicle goes 'go to National Route 315', and voice guide HC of building name as a landmark 'a landmark is a XX bank' are announced. The figure D is a voice example of a guide level 1, and only voice guide HA of the traveling direction 'turn to the left' is announced. A user can select the guide level by easy switching operation. |
