PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dew condensation-preventive moisture-permeable waterproof coated fabric having high degree of moisture permeability and waterproofness, and excellent in dew condensation preventive property. SOLUTION: On a fiber fabric, a synthetic polymer solution mainly composed of a polyurethane resin containing a hydrophobic silicon dioxide fine powder and a hydrophilic inorganic fine powder is applied, and the fabric is subjected to a wet-type film-formation to form a porous resin film on it. Further, on the resulting porous resin film, a synthetic polymer solution mainly composed of a polyurethane resin containing a hydrophilic inorganic fine powder is applied, and the fabric is subjected to a wet-type film formation to form a resin film having no pores.
