PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in releasing fixing of a lock device in a dolly without decreasing containing quantity on it. SOLUTION: A down pedal 20 is rotatably shaft-supported on a support body 16 disposed on a bottom part of a main body through a first shaft 22. An up pedal 26 rotatably shaft-supported on the down pedal 20 through a third shaft 28 is rotatably shaft-supported on a leg 18 supported on the support body 16 through a second shaft 24. On a bracket 32 disposed on the bottom part of the main body, a fixing releasing pedal 36 is rotatably shaft-supported through a fourth shaft 34. On the fixing releasing pedal 36, an actuation member 44 which can be applied to upper surfaces of the down pedal 20 and the up pedal 26 is disposed. When an operation part 40c of the fixing releasing pedal 36 is pushed down as a lower end of the leg 18 faces a fixing position, an operation part 26b of the up pedal 26 is pushed down by the actuation member 44, thereby fixing is released.
