.The alarm arrangement (5) generates an alarm signal (SA) indicating the opening of a container (300) locked with a seal element. An one-piece or multi-sectional belt (10) is adjusted to a nominal belt tension to prevent an opening of the seal element. A sensor element supervises the belt tension, and a control arrangement (30) coupled with the sensor element, produces the alarm signal if the belt tension is below a predetermined minimum belt tension. The sensor element comprises preferably a spring element (20), and a contact generating element (25) connected with the control arrangement.
