PURPOSE: A power thermistor is provided to achieve an improved cooling efficiency by arranging a thermistor element between radiation plates, while allowing electrode terminals and power line to be interconnected in a convenient manner. CONSTITUTION: A thermistor element(200) has electrode terminals(300) and insulation plates(400) sequentially positioned at both sides of the thermistor element, and is disposed between a pair of radiation plates(100). Each of radiation plates includes an upright plate(110); a support plate(120) bent into an L-shape; a blade(130) formed at both ends of the upright plate; and a cut portion(112) formed at the boundary between the upright plate and the blade. The electrode terminal includes a contact portion for elastically surface-contacting the thermistor element, and a connecting portion extended from the contact portion. The electrode terminal contacting both side surfaces of the thermistor element has a receptacle formed integrally with the connecting portion.
