摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for carrying out a recovering treatment of a used toxic substance remover for a waste gas by a safe and efficient method and recycling active ingredients on the other hand without adversely affecting the natural environment. SOLUTION: This method for recovering the toxic substance remover consisting essentially of any one or more kinds of a solid metal oxide, a solid metal carbonate and a solid metal hydride comprises dissolving the toxic substance remover treating the waste gas containing any one or more kinds of a metal hydride gas or an organometallic gas in sulfuric acid or nitric acid and converting the dissolved metal component into the solid metal oxide, solid metal carbonate or solid metal hydride. The method for recovering comprises adding an Si compound, an As compound or a P compound contained in insoluble components to a reactional vessel of a rock phosphate with sulfuric acid in a phosphoric acid factory, reacting the Si with fluorine components in the rock phosphate, recovering the Si as H2Si6, bringing the As together with As in the rock phosphate into contact with H2S or NaHS in an arsenic removing step, recovering the As as As2S3 and recovering the P as phosphoric acid as a method for recovering the As contained in the insoluble components therein or further an industrial method for recovering.</p>
