PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting film for a planar light source used in the backlight mechanism of a liquid crystal display using a liquid crystal element. SOLUTION: The reflecting film is obtained by stacking at least a polyester film layer (A), and adhesive layer (B), an antioxidant layer (C), a metal silver layer (D) and a thermoplastic resin layer (E) from the direction of light incidence. The layer (A) comprises a void-containing white polyester film, and when the total light transmittance of the two layers (D) and (E) is represented by Tde and that of only the layer (E) by Te, the ratio of Tde to Te is <=0.01. |
