PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure a particle by stabilizing a base line of a particle signal. SOLUTION: This particle signal processing device is provided with an amplifier amplifying a continuous pulse-shaped particle signal representing characteristics of a particle, a filter part negatively feeding back a low frequency constituent in an output of the amplifier to an input of the amplifier, and a feedback signal controlling part holding a feedback signal in the filter part while the output of the amplifier is above a threshold value.
